BURN AND BOOZE

There is a $20 deposit to reserve your seat. If you are reserving a spot for you are your friends, the guest numbers are 1-4. If the guess party is larger than four, (4-10) we ask for a minimum of a $50 deposit.

This could be a fun time to meet and network with new people. Also, we do accept companies to have meetings as well. For companies, we suggest the Gold Package, which is a great opportunity for team building.

IN PERSON WORKSHOP POLICIES

(We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reason as we sit fit)

Tickets are nonrefundable but are transferable.

​

Face masks/coverings are required in the shop, this includes workshop. Both your mouth AND your NOSE should be covered. If you have a current vaccination card, you may shop without face masks. 

​

1) Punctuality

We cannot stress this enough; it is important that everyone arrives ON TIME to our workshop. We schedule our workshops with enough time to teach the class, and clean and sanitize the space between classes. We will allow a 10-minute grace period before we cancel your appointment. Please understand that when you register for a workshop you are removing a seat from the class and no one can register for that seat. If the class is full, no refund or credit will be issued for a missed session. Please choose the correct number of participants for your time slot so we can prepare the necessary amount of materials.

2) Cancellation Policy

Tickets are nonrefundable but are transferable. If you can no longer attend the session, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. We will reschedule your session up to 1 time if contacted 24hrs before the session in order to give us enough time to fill the empty seat.

​

3) Pictures are welcome along with video, however, please do not video the instruction portion of the workshop.

​

4) Unless otherwise indicated, our workshops are designed for individuals 15 and older. 

​

5) Candles made in class have 3 pick up options:

  1. Pick up next day

  2. Pick up within 1 week. (If candles are not picked up within 1 week of the workshop, candles will be disposed of)

  3. Have candles mailed for a flat rate fee of $6​.95

​

BURN AND BOOZE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

​

Because customers make their own candles during our workshops, we cannot personally control each step along the way in a workshop setting.  Therefore, we unfortunately will not return or exchange workshop candles for candles that have been made by Unplug Soy Candles in our retail store. 

​

Pearls Healing Essentials only have their go to signature drinks, which is: Stella Rosa Mango and Coconut Margarita.

CANDLE CLASSES ARE RESERVATIONS MADE FOR 1-10 PEOPLE ONLY ON SATURDAYS AT 9AM.

​

1. Candle class bookings are offered from 1-10 people. All classes are $75 per person and covers your materials, in-store class experience at our candle bar with one of our candle making experts and a custom-made 9oz candle. Ceramic candles are giving for the classes.

​

2. Candle Classes are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your candle class. If you are a no show for your class then your money is forfeited since we held that time slot. If you booked a class for multiple people and someone is unable to attend that is considered a no show and non-refundable. Please choose the correct number of participants for your time slot so we can prepare the necessary amount of materials.

3. Candle classes are 1 hour long. We ask you to please be on time so you can enjoy your full experience without any other class booking overlapping. We offer a 15 minute grace period. If participants are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. so please call us if you will be late and we will do our best to fit you in. 

​

4. Class participants must be 15 or older without supervision. Children may only take the class if accompanied by a parent at all times due to safety hazards. We don't offer classes to any children under the age of 7.

​

5. Please, no loitering at the candle bar anytime before or after your class to allow for proper class/store capacity. Once your class is complete, we kindly ask you to vacate the store unless continuing to shop for more candles. We offer 20% off one item in the store on the day of your candle class. 

​

6. After your class, candles need time to cure and cool. Please allow at least 2 hours for the cooling process after your class. We hold candles up to 3 days. Shipping options are available for all services.

CANDLE CLASSES CANCELLATIONS & RETURN POLICY:

​

1. Once booked, candle classes are non refundable. If cancellation is needed, you may reschedule only.

​
